Hi, I don't know if it has something to do with the addiction or if it was just random but I had a dream that I smoked a cigarette and I felt terrible about it.

Hehe, I even dreamt a teeeerrible taste in my mouth and I can sorta feel it still.

Hi Valberg, well done on getting to Day 11, can't wait until i get there (today is my day 5).

I've read alot about dreaming when stopping smoking and dreaming that you smoked a cigarette is very common and very normal BUT do not think that this is a message telling you to smoke, its the opposite, its relief!!!

When you woke up this morning i bet you thought THANK GOD IT WAS ONLY A DREAM!!!!!

That is sooooooo trueeeeee.

The memory of me smoking that cigarette was just filthy, ever heard that sound in movies or when you had a cigarette when you suck on it and you can hear the paper burn, I heard that sound, the ash of the fag was hanging on it and black clouds around.

That's my memory of the dream, FILTHY!

I HATE CIGARETTES AND SMOKING!
