Hi guys, just wanted to check in a little, yes I'm still smoke free, weee.
Anyways, about the thing in gaining weight, since 5. September I became a fitness freak though I was smoking (not kidding) went to the gym every day, I have not and I do not lie to you missed one day out of the gym, except on closed day like on Christmas day and new years, but then I go outside and at least have a jog for 5-20 minutes and call it a calm day.
Though I go to the gym every single day I do not always work as hard. I take one day where I just take it easy, just go on the treadmill for 10 minutes, stretch, hot tub and home.
Anyways I started practicing taekwondo three weeks ago, 3 times per week but I also go to the gym on those days (my mom is starting to get worried about my fitness obsession) the reason I go to the gym everyday is that I have linked to my brain that the whole day is ruined and a mess if I do not go to the gym and I have such big and my concision tells me to go!
The same thing goes with cigarettes, my concision doesn't allow a single more puff forever.
But that was just extra for your entertainment (hopefully inspiring to go the gym ) Is the weight gaining unavoidable or will my obsession about working out 10-11 times a week keep me down (I do not eat like a fitness though I have a lot of salad, tuna, water and milk each day, I steal from the cookie-jar a lot  )
After I stopped I also got sick (somewhere between day 3-5) I got so much slime in my throat and nose and my face has swollen up a bit.
So basically my questions are, is it normal to become sick and your face swollens up after quitting and is the weight gaining unavoidable?
REGARDS,
MR. CAN'T STOP TALKING
EDIT (ADD):
I just wanted to let you know I do not use any helping materials to quit smoking, I don't chew the gum, I do not use the patches or that thing you put nicotine in and suck on like a cigarette. (Only if it helps to explain my sickness and swollening in the face!)
