Ey up Well done Riz! I havnt been on for a couple of days , as I had a really tough period , but I'm fighting fit , and feeling good ... at the mo!

Did you go for the weed and the fags ? or just the fags or ?

I've gotta say i didnt realise just how much more I was addicted to the nicotine over the cannabis ! I keep reminding myself, if i wana smoke some weed, I can go right ahead, but Im not allowed to smoke any tobacco with it ... and you know what ! I don't particularly want to if I cant mix it with some baccy ! and I never thought i'd say that .

How are you coping with eating ? Still managing to get hungry without weed? Thats been one of my biggest problems, Lost a lot of weight over 3 days I'm on day 5 now , and it's BRILLIANT ! People are smiling at me on the street , Must be because I aint walking about with my head down no more ! My work life is improving ... working constantly in front of the camera had left me paranoid , but now i've eliminated weed, I feel pretty oh so pretty , *giggles*

You can do this too last week I really didn't have much faith in finding myself here ! Go go go riz keep it up , you're doing so good.

I never have smoked Dope... I usaly call tobacco weed, maybe that's were you got it from.

I think that will help loads !! Am never gonna smoke a fag again but if i can have the odd joint and use herbal tobacco too i think that will help immensly !
