Hello

Day 33,

Nine days untill I step down 7mg and wind up on only 14mg(patch). I'm sure I will be fine, curious if anyone has already done that step and has any input.

How is everybody today?

Lo Grinster x x

I am really good today :D thanks for asking. I did patches before and I enjoyed stepping down as the rash lessened because the patch was much smaller hehe.

I gave up for 8mnths that time and followed the patches regime properly as advised!! I know theres no excuse for starting again but it was an awfull day when London was under terrorist attacks and rounding up my friends and family was stressfull and i smoked again, if that hadn't of happened i believe i would not of gone back.

the first time i patched my quit i got cocky and rushed the steps and didn't last long i should of still been on them when i started up again! that time i started again because i thought i could have the occasional cig

Good luck and don't be anxious about stepping down, you've beaten the battle, not the bits of smelly sticky plasters! they just help you along the way.
