I want to give up smoking because;

* It will better my health

* extend the time I'll get with my family

* have more money

* kick my addiction

*I'll smell better

* I'll pump less chemicals into my body

*I wont worry about the public ban

* it will help my path to becoming more holisitc

* I'll be able to relax with it harming me

phew - that should keep me focused!
