Kidney supplements DTS (Japan )

I would like to know if anyone tried DTS a kidney supplements before. Anybody has tried before?

What I've read about them is there is no clear evidence to suggest they make a difference in humans n may cause more harm than good ,hope this helps you

There was a very BIG heated discussion about DTS between a user and another member. Search in the search field and read all the posts and decide yourself. For me, it was confusing! I queried about the status of his health w.r.t DTS. He did not reply.

I've looked for research on DTS in humans, and so far have only found studies done on rats. These suggest it may be beneficial for kidneys, but it's not wise to assume it's safe until there have been several large trials in humans.

There is in fact a study suggesting the ingredient Panax Ginseng may actually harm kidneys: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articl...

And although DTS contains Panax notoginseng, rather than Panax ginseng, they're chemically similar enough that the lack of safety evidence suggests a wait-and-see approach may be best. I won't be taking it yet.
