Both a nephrologist and cardiologist can help you. I have both doctors as well as proteinuria with ckd and in the last year irregular high heart beat. My cardiologist recently changed my blood pressure medicine from lisinopril to olmesartan medoxomil, which regulates MY heart rate better. I’m still getting used to it and I don’t know completely if it is my cure all.
