In you're using Google, and using a laptop or desktop, simply click on the text and pick "translate into English" from the drop down list that appears. Extremely fast. On a cellphone, Google translate will immediately do that too.

Skip56's advice is roughly, "Don't eat meat or salt, and consult your kidney specialist, who will tell you exactly what you have to do." I've replied that "at an advanced stage, avoiding certain foods and giving up meat isn't enough to stop progression completely - the kidneys aren't functioning well and toxins still accumulate in the blood, further damaging the kidneys. You need to consult a specialist dietician, but there's also online advice".

From my research and personal experience, by Stage 3b the advice not to eat meat or salt isn't enough; cutting down as much as possible can slow progression, but there are other dietary issues. However, we still need some protein. Beans and peas, tofu, egg whites, and some nuts are good for kidney patients (though check the potassium content of various nuts: walnuts, macadamia nuts and pecans are lowest).

For a kidney-friendly diet, the consultant may refer you to a dietician, though the one I saw just gave me a list that wasn't much different from those you can find online from the specialist kidney organisations. And don't forget exercise!

I COPIED THE FOREIGN TEXT AND GOT THE TRANSLATION ONLINE.

Do not exceed 150 gr of meat, no salt, have you consulted a nephrologist?, he will tell you exactly what to do

Hmm...your situation is interesting. I would arrange a nice conversation with my doctor(s) at this point to find out what's going on. Proteinuria and albuminuria can be caused by any number of things - utis, vasculitis, dehydration, medications, and more You deserve answers. Since you apparently don't have high blood pressure, diabetes, and so on - I would only change my diet on the basis of doctor's advice after he checks your labs. (Lowering certain things below the normal range like your sodium, a significant electrolyte, can be damaging.) Then, if diet changes are in order, it's important to be monitored regularly by a medical professional so nothing goes off the rails. In my opinion, I see identifying the "root cause" as being essential so next steps can be planned. Hope you get answers soon!

I agree. I would like to know what’s causing this! Lots of tests that have all been normal but the albumin creatinine ratio

have you had a kidney biopsy yet? That might explain what is causing the protienuria.

My nephrologist has not suggested this. Maybe at this point he’s not overly concerned. I am.
