UK v US Kidney Measurement

Hello my reading here in Caribbean is only 24. This is much lower than my eFGR in UK. I have recently had antibiotics for a urinary infection and that affects the result. My potassium, sodium etc are fine. Only my BUN and Creatinine are high ( Creatinine is 1.6) I am a white female of 86 years with chronic heart failure and all I can think to do is to drink lots of water. Is there a difference between readings in UK and those in USA?

Here is a link to UK measurement by Renal Association. Appears to be quite similar.
