I got scans done and a battery of blood work and it showed that my creatinine has gone down from a steady of 1.2 to a 1.0. Before it showed a trend of my creat going from a 0.8 up to a 1.2 and holding there. However, i still have bubbly urine, sediment in my urine, kidney pain, and dark colored urine if I have a long day.
I have no idea what's going on. It makes no sense. Anyone have issues like this with normal creatinine?

Creatinine and GFR can vary due to time of test, lab and many other factors. Hydration, as HealthbuddyMelissa has said, is one of them.
First line of communication has to be with your doctor.
If there is the slightest doubt, he/ she will advise you as to what to do, repeat the test and go from there.
My thoughts; print out a copy of all of your labs. Note the prior lab results next to your present results and check off any areas of concern or out of range
( high or low) and give your doctor a call, do a telecommunication etc to discuss them; it is their job and will put your mind at ease.
Thank you. No. I'm actually happy that it didn't get worse. It was the same exact lab as last year too. I was dehydrated that day because I was in the heat for most of the morning, so the creatinine should've been worse if anything. No high protein in the urine or anything, which is perplexing.
