Good morning! I am here today to ask, how many biopsies have you had? Have you recovered without any bumps in the road? I had 3 biopsies in 15 years.

I had two biopsies in 7 months post transplant

Are you a Transplant patient? what were the reasons for your biopsies?

I am a pre transplant patient. The first biopsy was for diagnosis of IgA nephropathy, the second was a re- confirmation, the third was to confirm the level of scarring on my kidneys.

The reasons for my biopsies were that i have genetic kidney disorder in my mothers family

Dr. Did blood MLPA tests of family members and report showed homozygous deletions of CFHR1 and CFHR3 genes he was saying it is related to aHUS disease.

I had the Endoscopy done in 2015 also because of Gerd. At that time i had biopsies done to rule out Barretts.
