Hi to all I am a kidney disease patient currently at stage 3, for the last 3 or 4 years so I am stable for now.

Well first I don't drink or smoke which is vital....and I pray alot.....That! is the key to all things.

No Doubt, even without kidney disease...at my age that goes without saying.....

I'm new too. I'm at stage 3b. Have a Dr who has not been helpful.

Welcome, and thanx for writing......when I have a dr. that's not helpful I usually bring to their attention anything that concerns me that their not addressing. Most DR. ask if you have any concerns when you visit and for some reason some of them don't. That's when you have to bring up your concerns and if they still don't seem concerned I would start looking around for a Dr. that shows passion for their profession, Just sayin'.
