Collage for Fit is fun March 1st

Well it didn’t quite go to plan, but I did manage a 10,680 step average for this week. Including one decent length walk, for us. Done on Sunday, Just above 20,000 steps. Approximately 7.5 miles….. I think ….I really need to find a mile counter app.

Bottom right is a very cheeky and brave little Robin. He came and sat really close and gave us a lovely song! If we had remembered to bring some bird feed with us, he will, sometimes, sit on your hand to eat some.

It was still too flooded to to get to the visitor center, paths and center still closed, so no rest and coffee! It was still cold, damp and windy with a few short glimpse of the sun. not a lot of spring signs around yet.

We got out a few times for shorter walks. but always seemed to by unable to go when the weather was good. ...... maybe tomorrow!!

Thank you. I try to find anything interesting to take photos of, but, once I have walked through my normal routes, you may find they all turn in to ponds and canals. 😁

Great pics, looks like you had a lovely walk. I have an app called MapMyWalk which tells you how far you’ve walked using gps 😊

I just got that yesterday. It seems I was already registered with them, I think it was through 'My fitness pal'? which I joined years ago but didn't use it much.

We had very short walk out today. so I used it for the first time an it looks very good! I am looking forward to using it again for a proper walk sometime.
