Hello everybody! Weigh in today it’s not my usual Monday weigh in and I haven’t been on here for a while but hey it’s Friday night so let’s see what progress i have made. I’m now 127.8kg when I began I was 137.7kg I’m happy and I’ve just been sticking to calorie counting and limiting junk no fad diets or cutting carbs a lot of water intake and I’m happy. Will record further progress in due time.
