First timer in need of help!!
Hello to all...think I'm being a bit dim but how does this work? Do I have to print the charts out? Can you not log calories consumed on a mobile device as you go through the day? All I can find is the calorie checker where you log your daily total.

If you have an iphone, you can download the 12 week plan app
If not, you can download MyFitnessPal, which is what most members use.
