Don't worry about a few pounds and it's good to see you back.

That's the great thing about a new Year, we've got 365 new chances to change xx

Happy New Year 😁

I do, but I want those lbs going sooner rather than later in the first few of 52 weeks

Thanks, been a great year this one, reconnected with my only aunt, and godmother and the house stuff.

I doubt 2018 will be as eventful

Thanks, just a revisit I think!

Yay good to see you Diana. You can totally reverse those 4.5lbs. What's your first plan of action? :)

Be more mindful of my snacking, and back to ‘normal portions’, it began about 3 days ago

Great. I bet you've already made a difference. I'm watching the vino (as usual) and also planning snacks more carefully :)
