New Year plan

Ok so its a bit early to plan but me my mam and bff have decided to compete at slimming world after xmas/new year when vouchers r out in magazines and made a deal the person who loses most weight is free of paying for the monthly catch up cuppas. The other 2 are buying. we will exchange weigh in details and show stickers etc u van get in group. Had a look at recipes online and devised a plan I may put in place payday when I have more money.

Little healthy competition harms nobody.
