Morning Nav-K

You can work out your personal calorie allowance using the BMI checker which will give you a range to work within. Follow the higher end of the range. The normal recommended amount for women is 1400 calories but you may find this a bit harder to follow to start with so your personal one may be better.

Have a look at the daily diary to see how other members are doing it. I use my fitbit to track mine and also keep a dairy with everything I eat and drink and all my exercise.
