So I just added my calories together for the day, and THE CHOCOLATE DIDN'T ACTUALLY RUIN THINGS.
It came to 1397 calories.

Did you post this at gone midnight? You should be asleep! Joking apart though, good quality sleep contributes immensely when it comes to losing weight, food for thought (pun intended!).
I am doing ok ,my first week though ,i feel quite full ,ut still crave chocolate especially in the evening ,can i ask you roughly how much chocolate we can get away with ?
