I know I have only been doing this a few days now but had a sneaky peak this morning ( I know I shouldn't - ) and the scales have gone down slightly really trying to keep focussed if I can get past 2/3 weeks I know I will have cracked it to carry on.
Although I didn't do to much walking yesterday what I did do is making sure I know about it today as parts of me are hurting( I have osteoarthritic ankles and knee) so will do different exercise today just to keep moving. Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine x x -

Hi, people say to weigh once a week but I say do what suits you! Personally I weigh every day unless I have my TOTM. If it is down it spurs me on and if it is up it also spurs me on! Mine does tend to either go down or stay same from day to day, if it did go up I would know to reign myself in further.
