Thought I'd pop on the scales ahead of Monday weigh in.., yup that pound is back on.
As many have said I think some things in the air, and it's about learning from what gone wrong and how to chane it so ok here goes...
1) I work 4 long days, ok at work as take my food bag of fruit that I have, down fall is never fancy what I have planned for when I get home
2) emotional eating: it's a killer
3) coeliac: recently diagnosed thought this was no real problem, see as a positive. Know what's wrong now and what to do. Link to point 2, family don't get it. Enough said.
4) getting energy back and routine: boy I need a kick up the bum and not revert to point 2.
Cheers, bit of tough week, thanks for letting me exorcise the demons lol
Onwards on upward ππ

There's still a chance to reverse that 1lb by Monday, maybe take it as a challenge? I had a week where I knew I'd gone off the rails (following my friend's wedding) and then went all out on the Sunday before weigh in, and came in at the same weight, no loss, no gain. I know that extra effort on the Sunday stopped it from being a gain - the extra cycling, watching what I ate really closely, etc. I hope no.2 is kept well at bay for the foreseeable future at least. And hope whatever's in the air buzzes off soon, it's becoming a bit of a pest now
Well done for surviving your week, sounds like there were lots of elements within it that were challenging, but you are aware of all of them, and being able to let your feelings out and communicate them can definitely help.
I hope the weekend is going ok so far. Like Ruth said, there's still time before Monday's weigh-in.
Sounds like things have been very tough lately, so you need to start being kind to yourself. I have a friend who is a coeliac and she was in so much pain for such a long time it took her a while to get her body to respond properly and her weight went up and down till it got back into a routine.
Here's hoping you have a better week and things start getting back on track for you.
