Don't say you failed. Tell yourself you looked at it the wrong way so now you will take another look and try a different way. Then reassess what you did last time. You 'çan' do it. You just have to find the way that clicks. And don't push too hard too soon
Your right, last time I didn't write it down. This time the good, bad and the ugly is going in my journal to keep me honest. Day 2 and so far so good. Tomorrow will be a challenge as I'm going to cousins for lunch and alcohol. I know she will encourage me to make good choices, it's just me I have to control lol. How's your weight loss going?
Good work Use any support you can get. I'm a serial weigher (every morning) so my first week was a 3.5kg loss but for the past three days I have stayed at the same weight lol. I did have a couple of hot chocolate drinks from the machine at work so I figure the sugar is causing some fluid retention. Keeping off sugary drinks for a while.
It's on the NHS Choices website and you search for bellydancing for beginners. They have instructional videos for those who need to workout at home. My daughter tried it with me. It's so much fun but im sure I won't be able to move tomorrow as I've never used any of those muscles before lol.
