Hi all.
I joined a month ago and failed miserably.
Starting again today and weigh 13 stone 7 pounds. I'm feeling quite upbeat and positive so I'm hoping this is it.
I'm going to try not to get in my own way. I keep telling myself I can't but the truth is I have before and can do again.
I'm planning to try the bellydancing video tomorrow lol and for now I'm going out for walk with the dog.
