Hi, I am Lou. Lost 3 stones with ww and regained 2. Tried slimming world, but too many carbs. I have decided to eat healthier, reduce alcohol and join the gym. I have to say that I haven't felt so good in years. Steady weight loss and toning up those wobbly bits. Doing couch to 5k. Have multiple sclerosis so taking it one day at a time. Any encouragement or advice very welcome!
