Weight loss for baby no.2

I not only want to lose weight for myself and my son but I need to loose at least 6-7 stone for baby number.

I would like to run around after my little boy and not care if people were looking at me.

I hope so! My little one is 4 year old and so far I've just piled weight on but now struggling to fall pregnant. I know it's down to my weight as been to doctors so only I can do something!

On a related point, I think contraceptive implant makes me put on weight, I'm heavier when I have implant, anyone has any experience in this area?
