I've lost again!
3lb this week - Now lost 7lb altogether after 2 weeks. Now weigh 17st 4lb. The highest I should be is 11st 2lb so a lot to go at yet!
So pleased with myself. Have surprised myself that I've not fell off the wagon yet (normally only last about 3 days when starting a diet)
Calorie counting 1500 a day with no food restrictions (other than being a vegetarian) seems to be working well.
Just returned home from Aldi and Iceland shop. Got 3 x 12 hour shifts with 2 hours travel per day coming up, so need to food prep for that.
Next goal is to get into the 16 stone something.
