Hi my name is Marv I'm 50 just !! I'm starting this program tmw I've been on Ww before and lost 4 stone 6lbs , I had a marriage break down 6 yrs ago , but now have a new partner I've gained 3 stone 11lbs and I'm want to loose some off it . I'm going to need as much help as possible on this journey and I hope I'm in the right place for it 😘. I'm looking for word to staring tmw so here goes good luck all you newbies we can do this 👌😃

We run daily weigh-in sessions and you would be very welcome to join us tomorrow. The thread can be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page, bottom if using a mobile.

Many people have been successful with the 12 week plan, so here's hoping you will be too. Don't forget to take initial measurements and photos, as it's a great way of seeing just how far you've come, especially when the scales aren't co-operating fully
