Hi, everyone - Many moons ago I used to be slim, but I have now been overweight/borderline obese for a good number of years. Retired in 2011 (a little early) and playing more tennis, but no shift in weight so far because of bad eating and drinking habits. So, nearly 63 years old, this is the year I want to make count. Starting at 82.3kg. I am female, by the way.
