Good Morning all Hope your having a wonderful start to the day.
Just home from Gym 30mins on treadmill speed 4.5 incline 2 followed by a upperbody workout for another 30mins . Now time for my half of Grapefruit and a slice of wholegrain toast.
Going to start the squat challenge today (god help me) which i will mix in with my resistance band workout this afternoon also weigh in day ahead of my 1 month goal
