Well started back to the gym the day after nearly 3 weeks off, I feel better for having a 45 min workout. getting a program made up to help me loss weight and train for my next 5k run.

Well done! I actually like the gym, so don't know why I'm delaying joining. I know I feel better after a workout, so will just have to make the time to join up! You might have inspired me to get my backside into gear!

Jane-ski u should join it was the best thing I ever done, I also go to a group called jog Scotland. They help pace u as well.

I defiantly agree you should join a gm. I did and they make you work and it was great . The only reason why I stopped was because the gym close down and can't find another one in the are.
