Holiday confession!

Have been on holiday for two weeks in Italy. I have been very bad! I have not dared to weigh myself because I feel I've put on at least 10 stones!I have eaten copious amounts of ice cream, pasta, drunk lots of wine.......er.......need I go on?

I'll be back at work on Monday, and back on my healthy eating plan, but I do have to say - no regrets- I enjoyed every minute!

Welcome back from your holiday!!! That photo is beautiful. How lovely that you've had 2 weeks in Italy. I can guarantee that there is NO WAY you've put on 10 stones, so that's a relief, isn't it...

I am so glad that you don't have any regrets, as holidays are so precious, and it's great that you enjoyed every minute.

Don't worry too much, like you've said, you'll work very hard to get back into healthy eating and exercise, I am very sure.
