What about healthy coping strategies...

When I feel overwhelmed the second thing I do is grab the keys and leave the flat, I walk until my head is clear...could be somewhere in between 15' to an hour...depending on the mood

That is an excellent way to unwind and burn calories at the same time. Anything that gets you physically moving is good - even having a good clear out of your cupboards can exercise you and leave you feeling pleased with yourself.

Hi Maria. I have lost 15 lbs altogether now and my BMI is going down which is more of an incentive. Walking is a great way to make me feel better and music. I LOVE music. A rainy day. A water proof jacket and some music nothing like it. Sometimes I go in to my own little world and forget the bad things that are happening in the world. Makes me happy and destressed 😀

Very good idea and one I am going to start employing when I face moments of turmoil or stress. I hope it continues to work for you. :)
