Now to the important stuff ! Lol !! . Weigh in today and I've lost 3.2Ib 😃 Not quite got rid of the 3 and 1/2 Ib I put on last week but I'm happy with my results.
This week I've just 'done' the plan and it works 😃. I'm doing the re-boot challange with Lowcal and for me week 6 has really helped me refocus and reminded me to try new ideas for meals and snacks😃
Following a recent post by Ruth_canal_runner 'being productive' I realised I needed to be 'productive' and I'm pleased to say I start volunteering at a local food bank next week and I'm really looking forward to it.
