Sat here deliberating whether to stay in or go out (rain was pouring down)...I knew if I stayed in, I'd be cupboard surfing (thats me picking and nibbling).
Have now been out, ended up having a nice stroll, getting some food shop, and even endured not having my usual large latte while I was out, really pleased as this is another one of my vices😘.
So I plan to have some soup for lunch, (can't say I've made it, but it is a healthy option one).
Have a good day everyone, I'm new to this site but I'm determined to stay focused and get this weight off😀.

So know that cupboard surfing lol well done on going out and avoiding the latte
I know what you mean Jinny2 I have just managed a walk between to showers, at least it made me walk quicker so that must of burnt off a few more calories! lol
I like the term cupboard surfing! I'll definitely have to remember that one for the future.
Congratulations on avoiding the surfing and the latte.
Well done you for successfully resisting temptation. I must admit I didn't go out at all yesterday coz the weather was dreadful so obviously you are more hardy than me! x
Isn't it awful with this weather lilac, it doesn't make you want to go out, apparently there's another heatwave on the way, hardwork if your unfit like me.
I've just pinched a Haribo, hope it doesn't set me off😏
Rather have heatwave than cold and wet I think anyway...x
Oh I'm so guilty of that! Thing that really annoys me is il keep going back to cupboards even though I know there's nothing different from the last time I looked! I live alone so don't buy too much at a time. To me it's not a trip out without a latta and most probably a cake.I'm trying to resist or stick to a skinny latta and a cake that fits in with daily allowance. Good luck on your journey. Pamela
