Hi I'm a 50-something lady who wants to loss weight and get fitter for the future. I've been an enthusiastic runner in the past but have gotten out of the habit.
I've been able to loss weight in the past and keep it off for a while but I've always put it back on again. I was a thin 19 year old weighing in at 9st - and then I moved to London Since then my weight has fluctuated over the years with my heaviest being 16st. I have been know to loss or gain 3 stone in a year. Want to find something long term that I can sustain.
