Well I am back from my girls weekend away ,and did quite well . Managed only 1 bottle of wine and 2 ginger beers all weekend. Had quite a bit of bread unfortunately and a bar of chocolate .But on the up side did 21600 steps on Friday and 14300 yesterday so hope to have burnt it off . Legs are a bit swollen as I suffer with water retention when it is hot, so sitting with feet up getting ready for a good week back on track ,it will be gym tomoro and looking forward to healthy eating .Hope to loose 1-2 lbs for next weigh in fingers crossed.
