Weigh in today and l ve lost 1 and 1/2 Ib π So pleased that I've finally turned it around !!
This week I've really focused on incorporating more fruit/ veg and trying different carbs, I think my eating had got a bit complacement and lazy ! I'm also back at circuit class and building up my fitness levels again.
My plan for this week is more of the same, chugging along slow and steady but hopefully downwards ? π
Spring is in the air and I've had an awful reality check ! Pulled out some of last years clothes and they're all a bit snug !!! Oh the reality of winter grazing !!! So my mini goal is to be back in them by the end of April !!! There I've said it π

Yay! Well done, Flossie, those extra veggies must have done your body some good, that is a great result. You will soon be in your lovely spring/summer clothes at this rate!

It's great to hear that you focused on eating more fruit and veg this week and it goes to show that making those changes along with getting back into your circuit classes has made all the difference for you. Great job floss and long may this losing streak continue for you. Your fitness levels will improve very soon so hold onto what you know about yourself and it will be right up there again in no time at all
I struggled my first week back and I was at 90 % with my fitness I'm running at 100 % now and it took about a week and a half. I even feel I am running at 110% if i'm honest.
Those clothes might be snug now, but they won't be for long. You keep doing what your doing and by April and just in time for the lovely spring weather you will have a whole new wardrobe that Will fit You
A big sigh of relief I tell you π I was really feeling like I had lost my way a bit, but I knuckled down and just took it a meal at a time.
After my last post I went back through my food diaries and was really quite shocked at how my meals had changed. While poorly I was grazing and filling up on bread and potatoes and kidding myself I was having a good range of fruit/ veg. I think for me it does not suit and this week I will turn the balance back roundπ
I know exactly what you mean about getting back to previous level of fitness and I'm so pleased you are feeling better and you sound really back in the fitness zone π
