Been out of circulation a while but having caught up with the should-have-dones am now having a bit of me time as a reward.
Does anyone else find that once they have eaten unplanned, they continue to do so for a couple of days and have to do something drastic to get back on it? Just me, then!
Hope you have all had well planned weekend eats/drinks and that your last weigh in was helpful. Mine wasn't as I missed it. Hey ho, after a wild weekend of family frolics with foods and wines too good to be left, this was probably for the best. Still hoping my current goodness will get me back to where I want to be. Or at least to where I was before that wagon I fell off, came back and ran me over.
Onwards and downwards,
Venus

Love the way you put things Venusflytrap! Hopefully your little break will kick-start your system into losing weight happily now that you have regained your seat on that there wagon!
Shouldn't worry about it too much, life is for living, so as long as you enjoyed yourself it's fine. You know how to fix it. If I've been 'naughty' I set myself a couple of pledges and off I go again, being 'good'. Onwards and downwards!
I'm not worried, just slightly puzzled as to how long it will take me to learn! I have to make 3 pledges: low breakfast, low lunch and low dinner. Oh 4: no snacks! Just worked out the last week's kcals and I am back into the amount I should have had each day. So I've caught up. Thanks Caz28 .
