Well after having a brilliant week my friend is coming for the weekend and is bringing a Sainsbury's pizza with her tomorrow and has arranged a late birthday present for Sunday, a champagne afternoon tea!! I'm sure I will enjoy both of them but will have to be careful Saturday and Monday! I will have to weigh on Wednesday next week as I am away on Tuesday.
Hope you all have a fab weekend!

The pizza should have the calories on the side of the box, I love pizza but try to limit how much I have, I eat with loads of salad π
These afternoon tea type things are only very small sandwiches and cakes, if you treat it as your main meal with a lighter breakfast and lunch you should be fine. This is a lifestyle change and events like this happen, the trick is not letting it de-rail you π
Fun weekends with friends and birthday celebrations are part of life and we wouldn't want to cut them out of our lives. An occasional treat is fine just get back on track next week
if I treat myself to pizza or eating out I have a low calorie breakfast and the other meal such as soup with no bread so it allows me more freedom to enjoy my meal guilt free. If I go over my daily allowance I look at the BMI calculator calorie range and as long as it is less than the upper limit then I am ok with the extra I have eaten/drunk and focus on the enjoyment I got from it! Hope you have a great weekend
I also have light breakfast and lunch and also have a look at anything I can find for the company we are eating at or getting takeaway from to see what is best to have calorie wise. I make my decision before I go if I can. If I can't I ask about the calories in store anyway as this might push the companies to think about looking at giving us the calories info anyway. I also tell them I won't go back after today but I am not the sort of person who is scared of what I say or who hears me in places. I also just ask for tea in places as this has less calories than soft drinks and I love tea anyway. I have never had anywhere say they don't do tea.
