Sweets!!! what a killer

well, so I have cut on sweets... and by sweets I mean everything: Chocolate, crisps, chocolate bars, jellies... everything that contains massive amounts of sugar! Lets see where that will get me..

Well done on cutting out such a killer! If I could offer some advice... Don't cut out anything drastically, as you might feel overpowered by cravings and sugar withdrawal and end up binging on sugary foods later... Rather ease your way off sugary foods, and be sure to replace them with healthy sweets- fresh fruit, frozen grapes, parsnip or sweet potato chips, berries, honey in your tea etc.
