Hi guys. I’m quite pleased with my weight loss and will power this week.
So I’ve lost 1 & 1/2lbs this week which I am very pleased about. More so than that, I’ve managed to walk past the fizzy drink aisle and chocolate/sweets aisle without feeling a strong desire to go down them.
I feel very proud.

I would avoid supermarkets if you're hungry or before main meals. Best to visit them straight after you've had one your main meals. That way the temptation is less.
That's great. I've lost 2kg in the last 14 days, about 4.4 lbs. If only I had avoided those chocolate bars over the weekend could've seen better results
