Hey my lovelies! I wanted to join the weigh in on monday but was not able as I cant weigh myself other than at work and I dont normally work Mondays,
Hopefully I'll be able to join next year ( ha 😁 ) after I purchase myself one of the weighing scales/ machines ☺️
Anyway, my little 'healthy' changes make me very happy, I'm starting to love fruit and veg as I used to once and I discovered really nice flavoured teas that keep me going in the evenings, when I feel the need to nibble..
And it's also funny that I don't "crave" any chocolates or ice creams; as a matter of fact I still got an ice cream in the freezer and I dont feel the need of "devouring" it as I would normally do ..
