FIRST WEEK GONE! Starting the 2nd!!

First week it's gone amazing!

I had headache for four days but at the end I've lost 1,9 Kg!!!!! Almost 2 kg and 4CENTIMETRE in the waist!!!!!

Feeling amazing!

Let's start this second week!

My goal: increase the exercise.
