I have been following the weightloss plan and using the app noom to calculate my calorie in take for the past 7 weeks, so far I have managed to lose 1st 3lb! Really please with this and plan to continue using the noom app after I finish the 12 weeks. Most of the weight loss has been due to me changing my habits but I have included some exercise when I have time and getting off the bus a stop early to walk alot more.
