Adiponectin Blood Tests - Where can I get it done in London

Does anyone know where I can get a Adiponectin Test in London UK? My GP says it is not available on NHS

I was advise by my US physician to get the level checked as I am putting on weight and Type 2 Diabetic. It is similar to Leptin in that it helps with Insulin sensitivity.

If anyone has had one done in Uk please advise

Not sure this is available in the UK. You would have to find a very specialised private lab. it seems to be only a US diagnostic tool

I was advised the The Doctors Lab do it London - Will call them and post what they say

Spoke to St Thomas and Viapath - they said no
