So, think this is my 5th week or so , lost count. But the past weeks have been good for me. Had my ups and down, exceeded my calorie intake value on some days, do 1400kcal 5days and 500kcal 2days or more or a week. When I exceed I try to make up for it the next day. When I started I weighed 80kg and a bmi of about 31.4 and now I weigh 76kg and my vmi 29.6 andi am out of the obese zone and into overweight, I know the progress is slow but it makes me happy. So have about 12kg to loose. Might take me a while but I will get there.
