Weight loss

Ok I'm really pleased, but I'm aware that most of its water. I appear to have lost 6 pounds! Now before people react and say that's too much, I'm sure next week if I stick to this it may be one or two pounds. Obviously, cutting out the junk is the way to go, however I'm no saint I had an off day yesterday ! would be great to hear how everyone else is doing this week x

  • Well done for losing 6lb its a good start for you. Good to see you know not to expect that every week as well. I started again yesterday as I've been on holiday and I went daft. So clean slate for me on week one I'm using MFP to track calories and exercise ( there won't be much of that to start with lol). Good luck :) x

  • A big well done from me too! Meds are causing some of my weight problems unfortunately but I am pleased to have lost 2lbs this week!

  • Well done! Its always inspiring to hear other people's good news stories. I have been using MFP and trying to exercise and lost 11 pound in about 5 weeks. I am so glad after years of yo yo dieting (and paying a slimming club for the privilege) I have done this all by mself and the support of this forum. Lets keep it up xx

  • Well done Noahsmum, a great result this week. You are right it will probably slow down next week but isn't it encouraging to see a nice loss at the beginning:)

    I am nearly at the 2 stone mark. I weigh on Friday so fingers crossed, 1 -2 lb to get me there.
