Its all about perseverance, and reminding yourself why you are doing this. The easy option to to curl up on the sofa with a good book/film, the hard choice is to fight for the life you want. We all have bad/lazy days but find what motivates you and keeps you on track. All the best

Best tip I can give you is to buy a Fitbit or other tracking gizmo. I wear my Fitbit 24/7 and it motivates me to get out there walking (or running) every day, aiming at my 10,000 steps. You can set a lower goal and work up.

I have mine linked to Bounts (bounts.it) and I earn points towards vouchers, such as £5 M&S, Asda, Sainsburys or £5 clothing vouchers, and I generally get a voucher every six weeks or so.
