Kind of got to thinking that there may be a wee bit of self sabotage going on in my head as week 2 of staying the same weight. So after some inspiration from you all I have decided to shake things up a bit. Will be trying to cook from scratch as often as possible so I know what I am eating and splitting my aerobic exercise over a few more days. Setting myself little challenges rather than big ones. Hope I can keep it going for week 5!! Good luck everyone for fab week xx
