I am starting on my weight loss journey and have so far lost about 4lb in the last two weeks. However I seem to slip when there is sweet things in the room. Has anybody got any advice on how to handle these cravings. I work in an office and they are staring me in the face daily. Please help me as I know otherwise I am doing okay.

Working in an office can be tough, so maybe one of these ideas will help.
Put together a mini mood board that you can keep in a drawer of images that you find motivational - might be pictures of the sorts of clothes you want to wear, or people involves in activities that you would like to try or words and phrases that you find motivational. When confronted with the temptation, keep your goal in mind by having a peek at your board. It helps!
If you are in a supportive office environment, solicit help from your colleagues. Share your aims and ask them to support you by not offering sweets etc. You may find that others will also appreciate you taking the lead on that because many of us are in the same boat. I know this is not possible in all office situations but you might make changes which support everyone.
