Yesterday was my first good day. I was on the ball by gum. I have bin abit down cos i cant loose weight, therefore i was picking alot. I would start off well then eat something naughty and that would carry on for the day. That was happening alot, most days in fact. So i like chocolate and crisps and cookies of course but i like them too much im afraid. so yesterday i decided to change my routine and be good (with alot of help from you lot). I ate healthy all day, yes i really did. I CANNOT go without my treats, not at the moment anyway. I had fruit and yoghurt for a change, healthy meals and my fave crisps are space raiders at 64 cals, only had one bag. My beautiful chocolate portion was half .........................yes half a small bag of maltesers. I have lost a pound already and i am going to carry on.
